- The delivery address, including the town - the rules follow the town the property is in, and in Bethel and Monroe we check the Town's rules before booking
- What is going in - and especially whether any of it is concrete, brick, dirt, shingles, tile, yard waste, appliances or electronics, because weight and the electronics rule change the plan
- Roughly how much: rooms, the size of the roof, pickup loads, or a photo of the pile
- Where you want it set - driveway, lot or job site - and whether your HOA has rules on containers
- When you want it, how long you expect to need it, and whether a demolition is involved, since demolition brings asbestos notice rules (check the timing with the Department of Public Health)

Can I book online?

What are your hours?
The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We deliver and pick up Monday through Saturday and do not promise night or Sunday drop-offs; a late call is booked into the next working window.
Where exactly is the yard?
At 243-247 Federal Rd, Brookfield, CT 06804 - in the Town of Brookfield, on Federal Rd (US-202), just north of Danbury. Most scheduling is done by phone, and we are happy to meet local contractors or property managers by appointment, so call ahead before coming by.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, business checks and electronic payments, and invoices are available for contractors and repeat clients. Payment may be required before delivery; we tell you on the call. Where an independent provider handles the rental, billing may be handled by that provider.
Do you serve my town?

How do I schedule a pickup?
Call or text when the container is full or the job is done, and we schedule the pickup as soon as possible, often within 24 hours. You do not need to be home as long as the dumpster is accessible and the area is clear. Contractors can set up pre-scheduled pickups and swaps.
