Residential Dumpster Rental
Driveway-friendly roll-off containers for Greater Danbury homeowners clearing garages, attics, remodels, roofs, moves, estates and yards.

Services
Every service line runs out of one yard on Federal Rd in Brookfield. Same containers, same flat-rate pricing - what changes is how the load gets sized and what has to stay out of it.
Every job we do is a roll-off container with a different conversation around it. A homeowner clearing a garage in Danbury, a roofer on a tear-off in Brookfield, a property manager turning over an apartment in Bethel and a landscaper clearing storm limbs in Newtown all get the same clean container and the same flat-rate pricing. What differs is the sizing, the placement, where the load goes and what the town where the job sits has to say about permits and who may haul.
The pages below explain each service the way we would on the phone. If your job does not fit any of them neatly, call (475) 256-5131 and describe it - most do not, and that is fine.

Pick your size
Any container runs on any service. Weight is what usually decides the size, not how much room the pile takes up.

How it works
Most bookings take a few minutes.
One short conversation. We ask the address and the town - the rules follow the town the property is in - what you are clearing, whether a cleanout, a renovation, a roof, a yard or a job site, what is going in, roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us.
We recommend the right size, without upselling, so you do not pay for space you will not use or call for another pickup, and you get one clear flat-rate price that covers delivery, pickup, disposal within the weight limit and the standard rental period of up to 7 days. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size. If your town needs a permit or its own registration, we check its rules before booking.
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site where you asked, on flat, solid ground rather than the lawn, with protective boards on request. Often same-day or next-day, when availability allows. You do not need to be home if the spot is marked and clear.
Keep debris level with or below the top rim and keep the problem items out - paints, solvents and automotive fluids, fuel, hazardous chemicals, batteries, electronics, propane tanks, tires, medical waste and asbestos. Need more time or a swap mid-job? One call or text.
Call or text when it is full or the job is done and we schedule the pickup, often within 24 hours. The load goes to licensed disposal and recycling facilities serving Fairfield County, and whenever possible concrete, metal and wood are separated for recycling.
A two-minute call gets the size right, a straight answer on price and a delivery window.

Describe the job and we will say. Roughly: homeowners want residential, builders want construction, businesses want commercial, people who would rather not lift want junk removal, and anyone in a hurry wants same-day.
No — the containers and the way we price them are the same. The difference is how we size and schedule the job.
Yes. Standing swap schedules and monthly invoicing are routine for property managers and contractors.
Danbury and 14 towns around it in Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven counties, each with its own page. What differs from town to town is who may haul and where a container may sit - every hauler registers each year in each town it collects in, through HRRA in its 14 member towns; Monroe and Woodbury set their own Town licences; Southbury's rules have been unclear since 2022; and Bethel needs a Building Official permit for a construction container at a one- or two-family home. In Bethel and Monroe we check the Town's rules before booking, and in Southbury we check with the Town. We are licensed and insured.
Where we deliver
